Please read carefully before you purchase anything from Kharaz Jewellery.

Payment

I accept most credit cards through Paypal. You do not need a paypal account to pay by credit card.  

Follow the link for non-account holders when you get to the secure payment page. Delivery address must match the Paypal delivery address. Overseas customers are responsible for any import duties/taxes.

Returns-no quibble guarantee.

I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please contact me first by email stating your reason for return. This must be within 7 days of receipt of your order. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

To return you item, it must be in its original condition and packaging. For hygienic reasons I am unable to accept returns on earrings. Postage costs will be refunded only if the item is faulty. I would recommend "signed for" postage to ensure safe return as we cannot credit returns that fail to arrive or are damaged due to poor packaging. we do not accept returns after 30 days.

Damaged goods. Any goods damaged in transit must be reported to us by email within 24 hours of receipt of goods.We would require a photo to show to any damaged as decscribed.

Whilst every effort is made to show colours accurately, we cannot guarantee this. Monitor screens differ on individual computers resulting in slight variations.
